Shipping Information Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and clearance of payment. Generally, you will receive your order within 7 business days however it is best to allow up to 14 days for delivery due to unanticipated demands on supplied items.
Please let us know If your order is required urgently and we will do our very best to ensure you receive it by the required date. Please note, if courier delivery is required to ensure early arrival this may incur additional charges. We will, however, always advise you of any additional charges prior to proceeding.
Please note, if you are not at home when your item is delivered, we cannot take responsibility for parcels left on your premises by Australia Post or courier companies. Due to this, we suggest you request Registered Post when making your order. (For more information, please refer to our policy on Postage and Delivery)
Returns Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order and we will do our very best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in good order. Please note, we cannot accept returns on personalised or sale items or because of change of mind.
Purchases may be returned to us for a store credit equivalent to the same amount or for exchange of the original product purchased. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return postage.
Please contact us by email email@example.com before returning an item to arrange a Return Authorisation Number. This will ensure that we can process your store credit refund or product exchange in a timely manner. Claims for returns must be made within 14 days of despatch date.
