A. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you immediately. To track the process of your order you simply need to log in to see any updates. Your order status will be seen as pending, processing or delivered.
Q. How long will it take until I get my order?
A. In most cases you will receive your order within 7-10 business days, depending on stock levels. If there is going to be a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Q. My order is quite urgent. Are you able to speed things along?
A. We are more than happy to assist with urgent orders where we can. This will often depend on the particular items you order and whether they are readily available in stock or we are waiting on new stock from our suppliers. In some cases, we can arrange to get your items sent directly from our suppliers to speed things up. Please don't hesitate to email us, preferably with details of the items you require, if you need something urgently.
Q. Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
A. All orders are processed immediately upon payment however please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0413 186 315. We will allow you to add to your order wherever possible however if you order has already been placed with our suppliers, an additional charge may apply.
Q. Can I return something if I'm not happy?
A. If you are not happy with a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is important to us and if you're not happy, neither are we. We will accept returns provided you notify us beforehand and the item is returned in the original packaging and the same condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit or refund postage. Please read our Returns Policy in detail.
Q. Do you discount on large orders?
A. We try to offer you the best possible prices at all times, feel free to email us if you are placing a large order and we will provide you with a competitive quote. If you are buying for a not-for-profit organisation (e.g. church anniversaries etc) we offer a significant discount subject to provision of proof of non-profit status.
Q. If you don't have an item that I would like, can you get it for me?
A. We pride ourselves on customer service, and are happy to go the extra mile and check with our suppliers to help you find exactly what you want.
Q. Do you provide samples?
A. We do have samples available on a limited number of items however as we buy from our suppliers in packs it is not always possible to provide these. Feel free to email us at email@example.com with any queries.
Q. Do you have a store where I can view your products?
A: All About Me is an ONLINE retail store only. This helps to reduce overheads and keep our prices down so we can pass the savings directly on to you. However, we are always happy to send you JPEG images of our products.
Q. Do you post overseas?
A. We are happy to post overseas however we do ask that you contact us before placing an order with your details of your location and what you would like to order so we can provide you with a firm quote for postage.
